How much power do the inflatables need?

Each inflatable requires one to two dedicated circuits per unit. If you cannot supply the necessary power, we offer generator rentals as an alternative.

 Are safety attendants included with my rental?

Safety attendants are not included in the standard rental package. However, you can add a safety attendant for an additional fee, ensuring a safe and supervised experience.

How much space is required for the inflatables?

Space requirements vary depending on the rental option. Our inflatables can be set up on grass or pavement. Please ensure the area is free of sharp objects or debris that could damage the equipment. Clear access to setup location is required, and availability of the space prior to the event may be a factor.

How does the weather affect my booking?

Our party rentals are suitable for light rain and wind conditions up to 20 mph. For safety, rentals may need to be paused or rescheduled in severe weather at the sole discretion of Hicks House of Entertainment. Payments are transferable to future dates due to weather events or unforeseen circumstances.

Are discounts available?

Yes, we offer discounted rates for package deals to all clients. Additional adjustments may be considered for non profits, and schools that choose to book multiple rentals. Book more options to save!

Travel and Expense

Delivery and travel will be included as part of your requested quote based on distance, event duration, and logistics.
